1 Cumberland Place, Dublin 2

There's something satisfying about a 1970s building that comes back better than it started.

Hibernia stripped 1 Cumberland Place back to its frame in 2016, rebuilding it as one of Dublin’s first LEED Platinum offices. At 129,000 sq ft across seven floors, it set an early benchmark for sustainable refurbishment in the city.
